Scary Logos Wiki

Logos[]

1st logo (1985-1993)[]

We see a black background; then an image wipes in, which contains a white background with a blue VIVA logo, followed by "VIDEO" on a 70's-esque font. Below there's "PRESENTS". After some seconds, it wipes out.

Variants[]

  • Instead of wiping in, two pieces of the image appear and fly into the screen, forming it. It then plays in reverse than just wiping out.
  • A still version exists.

2nd logo (1991-1999)[]

Same as the 1991 VIVA Films logo, but different. The background is a dark wall, the bexel of the V doesn't look wide and it spins and zooms instead of being formed and rotating away. Instead of the letter breaking, the V spins again to reveal the "IV" and the "A" comes out of it, which places to it's normal position. The now-finished logo shrinks and places itself, and a light pans on the logo. Also, instead of the lines coming out and "FILMS" appearing, those lines just fade in with the different text "HOME ENTERTAINMENT" sandwiched between them.

3rd logo (1994-2000)[]

TBA.

Variants[]

A Feature Presentation bumper exists.

4th logo (1998-2003)[]

We see a blue sky. Then the V from the VIVA logo, in a grainy yellow color, appears by a flash. It zooms out to the right, moves to the left with it's shadow, forming a thick blue line. A rainbow laser appears and writes "VIVA VIDEO". Then "A VIVA ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY" appears by a dust effect at the bottom of the blue line. The V flashes.

5th logo (2002?)[]

TBA.

6th logo (2003-2010)[]

Same as the 2003-2010 VIVA Films logo. Basically it's a de-facto home video logo.

7th logo (2010-2017)[]

TBA.

8th logo (2017-)[]

Scare Factor[]

1st logo[]

Original[]

None.

Variant[]

Low, due to the cheap and choppy animation. But you will laugh at how cheap the logo is.

2nd logo[]

Minimal to low. Compared to the film logo, this one is calmer, although the zooms may catch people off-guard.

3rd logo[]

TBA.

4th logo[]

None to low. A few may be scared due to the flash and V, but this is a clean logo.

5th logo[]

TBA.

6th logo[]

Same as the 2003-2010 VIVA Films logo.

7th logo[]
