Scare Factor[]
Low to nightmare. The loud fanfare may certainly caught you off-guard first time you see it. The overall nature is much worse on a stormy or windy day if you are staring at the kids or flag. None to low for those who are used to seeing it and/or are not affected with unfitting music.
