Uranium Tape Productions is a Polish logo which was founded in 2008 and defunct in 2012.

The logo begins with some clips of some scenes of Madness Combat 7: Consternation. After a while, a giant lime tape and forms. Then dark green text saying "Uranium Tape Productions Inc." slides along and text appears below saying:
"UTP Sp.zoo ul. Krzemowa
06-288 Ełk POLSKA"
for 15 seconds. Then the screen fades to a Uranium background and there is text saying:
"Obraz i dzwienk zareystrowany na tej kasecie jest prawnie zastrezony. Kopiowanie z ten kaseta bes zgody UTP jest ZABRONIONE."
