Background[]

The Sky Movies P. Ltd. is a film movie production and distribution company based in Kathmandu, Nepal and established in 1999 by prominent Nepali film director and actor, Akash Adhikari. It didn’t have a on-screen logo until 2001, when Panchhi was first released.

1st Logo (June 18, 2001-September 17, 2006)[]

Visuals: The scene fades to a space background, a Saturn is first seen, rotating over, which zooms in. The Saturn fades out, as the circled film reel with gold arch texts "THE SKY MOVIES (P.) LTD." on top and "2055" on bottom, rotates and places middle, as a cyan star flies through and morphs into a person on a green background, with the white Nepali texts "स्व. मुमा हीरा कुमारी" fades in. Later, the Nepali texts fades out and a person on a green background morphs back into a cyan star and flies away.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: It usually depending on the theme, with a man saying "जननी, जन्मभुमिष्य. सुर्गा दपे, गरियेशि।. आमा, रजन्मभुमि. सुर्ग भन्दा. उच्छ हुन्छ।." nearly at the end.

2nd Logo (2011-May 13, 2015)[]

Visuals: The scenes fades zooms out from the sun, revealing a space background, with a lens appearing. Afterwards, a blue circle with a bold outlined red circle appears with the same texts (With "1998" replaces "2055") in white falls down and places in an arch effect, stars can be also falls out and places on the blue circle, the film reel dots appears, and the logo shines as the white color turns into yellow color.

Variant: A short version exists on K Ma Timro Haina Ra, where it starts with a blue circle with a bold outlined red circle appears.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A slow whoosh sounds, which goes to a majestic theme, then a thud sound, followed by high pitched laser shooting sounds, and then a majestic theme.
