(1990s-2000s?): Set on a black background, we see a circular shape with some horror movie clips inside it. The clips in order are:

Below the shape, "tego filmu nie powinno ogladac twoje dziecko" (which translates to "your child should not watch the movie") is seen sliding off from right side to the left one.
Music/Sounds[]
A loud, rather dramatic and ominous fanfare.
Scare Factor[]
Depends on how you feel about the whole logo, it can be ranged from low to nightmare. The darkness of the logo is one thing, but all the scenes in a circle combined with the music make it quite a sinister atmosphere. However, this might has been intentional given what movies have followed this.
