3rd Logo (September 16, 1997)[]

Visuals: A cartoon animated eye appears over a turquoise background blinking twice, then looking around the screen for a moment. The screen zooms out as the eye looks at a "S" in an Art-Deco-styled font that just appeared when the camera zoomed out, which is followed by a "F" appearing next to the "S". The eye becomes a "C", which it's pupil intact, slowly rolling to the right while "STATENS FILMCENTRAL" wipes in under the "SFC" before the eye blinks again.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A cartoon-ish sounding theme with trombone sounds, drum hits and a bell ding, which stops when the "S" appears, and a three bell dings when the "F" appears and the eye becomes the letter "C". A held out synth note plays after this.
