(2012-): On a blue background, we see a yellow circle. In the circle is a green duck with an orange bill. The text "Sick Duck Productions" surrounds the circle. The Duck suddenly throws up. The vomit flashes colors as the duck makes a weird and disturbing face and the background begins to move. Then he goes back to normal.

On a season 3 episode "Bird Up!", after the duck vomits, a clip of a woman covering her baby's face is shown.

There were three different variants:
2012: The duck lets out a low pitched "quack" as he throws up and a wobbling sub bass.
On season 2, a different vomiting sound is used.
2013-: A 3 note organ theme followed by a bleagh sound. This variant was taken from the skit called "Bird Up".
Music/Sounds Variants[]
On the final season 2 episode of The Eric Andre Show, the bleagh is replaced with a deeper-voiced quack.
On season 3 episodes 7, 8, and 10, it's a quote from the preceding episode.
On Mostly 4 Millennials, a duck quacking with a water splashing and a stomach growling, and a blurping sound.
Scare Factor[]
Low to medium. As said before, the duck vomiting and his disturbing expression coming out of nowhere may gross some out.

The logo kind of looks like that it's in the style of "SpongeBob SquarePants".
