(1983-1988): On a space background, a star moves diagonally from the right before turning to the direction it came from halfway. As it goes across the middle, it enlarges itself into an orange circle covering the whole screen, as if it were exploding into the supernova. It then zooms out while something else zooms in in it's place. It is revealed to be Saturn where it is in the same color as the circle while the rings are inmauve. "SATURN" appears in yellow on the planet's face while "PRODUCTIONS INC." appears in navy blue on the rings.
Music/Sounds[]
A creepy sinister-sounding 1-note theme, with a "whoosh" as the logo zooms in. The entirity of the audio resembles the Camp Video logo.

Sometimes, there's a voiceover saying "Also available from Saturn Productions", with no music and sounds from the original variant.
Scare Factor[]
Depending on the logo variant:
- High to nightmare with music, since it might scare most with its dark atmosphere and the in-your-face “zooming” alongside the quite chilling and unnerving theme. Knowing most of the films that come after afterwards, this was clearly intentional.
- Medium to high with voice-over, as the sudden appearence of it and the complete silence at the beginning might be quite unsettling and creepy, followed with the tone of the voice-over. However, it's much tamer all thanks to its absence of that music.
