On a black background, there is a white outlined box that features a black & white picture of a boy with glasses wearing an old-style hat on the right side of the picture. Behind him is a city where it also has four airplanes flying in the air with four searchlights. On the bottom, we see the words:

PЯOPAGAИDA

F I L M S

in black lettering inside a white box to represent a cote-out. There is a thick black line in between that separates the names. The letters "R" and "N" in the word, "PROPAGANDA" are turned backwards. The word "FILMS" is spaced out to fit the width of "PЯOPAGAИDA".
