Pooja Entertainment & Films Ltd. is an Indian production and distribution company established by Vashu Bhagnani in 1986. It is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The company is known for producing the comedies: Coolie No. 1, Hero No. 1, and Biwi No.1. It has produced over 40 films as of 2025.

1st Logo (October 24, 2012-June 20, 2014)[]

Visuals: A floor shoots out a blue light in a dark room with multiple footages from movies on a filmstrip in a ring spinning around the room, the light moves up, as it cuts to the light moving over a moving filmstrip with footage from movies with several working machinery around it. It shows the light exiting out in a dark room with six moving filmstrip with multiple footages of movies on them, the camera moving a degree, before flashing to a film camera, zooming out, quickly facing the screen filming a movie inside a theater room as the camera moves around. The scene zooms out, revealing the outside of a theatre building against a city background at night. Blue text “POOJA”, with a “J” line extended under the first three letters, and a light blue sphere at the end, zooming out over the building, along with white sans serif “entertainment” and “& films ltd”, zooming out letter by letter below “POOJA”. The sphere moves and stops at the “J”, as the “J” shines.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A funky techno beat, starting off with drums, followed by a synth noise getting higher and higher with a male voice shouting.
