Visuals: On a black background, there is the Uzbekistan coat of arms in black and white, a symbol containing a wreath made with popcorn-like objects and feathers at the left wrapped with the Uzbekistan flag without the crescent and stars, and leaves at the right and an Arc de Triomphe-like tower at the lower middle center of the symbol.
