On a dark orange background, a large sun is shown in the center emitting solar bursts. Suddenly, a blue circle zooms in, and after the blue circle zooms out, the background changes to dark blue and the solar bursts become a light blue outline. Finally, the text "NEPAL TELEVISION" fades in and the circle starts shining.

On a space background, a white 4-pointed star first flash in. Then, a woman's eyes open, and a curve draws in. Then, a Hindu temple along with birds slide in. Finally, the words “NEPAL TELEVISION” and the company name in Nepali appears letter by letter and fades in.

First, chimes are hearted, followed by a guitar and a flute theme.

3rd ID (January 31, 2019-)

On a sunset consisting of some mountains and a bird flying around, followed by another bird comes in and fades to a Nepali city. Zooms out with some birds flying around, it fades to some house and rocks and a hill, it fades again to a Nepali city as before with two birds flying around. It fades couple of shots to unveils the Nepal Television logo with the word “HD”.
