Logos[]
1st logo[]
(September 9, 1978): The logo fades in as the camera is extremely close, then it zooms out fast, there is a very 1970s-esque font saying "MC·PRODUCTION", the camera pans left and right, then it fades out.
2nd logo[]
(July 11-November 19, 1983):
There are 2 versions:
- There is a young child staring at the viewer. Then, the logo's symbol in cyan, which is a sign-like drawing with the words "MC" above it and "PRODUCTION" in it fades in. The logo then cuts to the opening credits.
- It starts on the opening scene with the logo in red, sized a bit below. If you look very closely, there's some small text below.
- We see the text "MC" with the "M" part extended. "PRODUCTION" is seen below.
3rd logo[]
(1984): Set in front of what appears to be a group of soldiers (likely part of the opening movie) is the stacked text "MC PRODUCTION" in the center. Sandwiched between the stacked text is a short line and on both sides of MC are two stars. A long oval-like curve is seen nearly enclosing "PRODUCTION". After 4 seconds, the camera zooms in whilst the logomark remains idle.
Music/Sounds[]
The opening theme of the movie, which is warped, due to film deterioration. On the second version, it's original.
Scare Factor[]
Medium to nightmare. This can scare and creep out more than a few people, due to the close-up of the child, the child's creepy-looking face, cheap animation, the sudden, warped music, and the grainy quality. Otherwise, it can be considered lower for those who aren't scared of this logo and thinking that the baby is cute. Low for the second version and the third version, as it is calming compared to the other logo.
