(1993): It shows the face of Bao Zheng (Jin Chao-chun) scrolled from the right to the left in the screen then writes some Chinese text.
Variants[]
In the Tagalog/Filipino version of this show, the original logo was replaced by a different logo shows "Regent (See) Entertainment Presents" then an image shows from left to right Judge Bao, Zhan Zao and Gongsun Ce.

Scare Factor[]
Medium. The stern look of Bao Zheng could be unnerving and reminiscent of Orson Welles' face from Rainbow Releasing. The loud noises might not help, and some people are scared of text in different languages. However, it would be lower if you were used to it, and you might even find the logo and Bao Zheng funny because he looks like a slight girl. You might also question the thing on his forehead that looks like a bit of moon tattoo and wonder what it is.
