Logos[]
1st logo (September 16, 2005-January 15, 2008)[]
There is a light at the center and the word "DARCLIGHT" at the bottom-right. The light moves from left to right, then right to left, until it gets out of control and moves into other places. It comes to stop when it shines through the "LIGHT", as it morphs into the print logo, which it pulsates in blur twice like the blink of an eye.
2nd logo (December 6, 2007-)[]
Over a black background, the logo starts with wind, blowing at the screen from left to the right, while the word "DARCLIGHT" emerges from the wind, and then the wind disappears. The logo that pulsates in blur a few times, while the letters from the company name, zooms out from letter by letter in a blurry effect.
Music/Sounds[]
1st logo[]
An ominous warbling synth, ending with two waterdrops when logo pulsates twice.
2nd logo[]
A blurry theme, followed by tinkling sounds when the word "DARCLIGHT" morphs from the wind. On some movies, it's silent.
Scare Factor[]
1st logo[]
Medium to high. The ominous synth music, dark light moving and the pitch black background can cause a lot of scares to people.
2nd logo[]
Low to medium, due to the music and the blurring, but the music is a little bit less scarier than the previous one. Low for the silent variant.
