(1981-1986): On a blue paper background, there is a red/blue ribbon circle. The letters "CF" in gold are seen on the blue part of the ribbons. Inside, there is a live-action capture of an elephant swinging its head on a sunny sky for about five seconds straight before it freezes. Light rays of various colors then appear spinning in behind the ribbons. The green Thai text "โคลีเซียมฟิล์ม" then appears below the ribbon, before the elephant freezes. The light rays keep spinning before they stop.

Variants[]

  • A variant existed on Kha Ma Kab Phra and The Mountain Lion (aka. "เล่อภูเขา") where the watery background popped up as black in its entirety, most likely due to film deterioration.
  • On Police of the Steel (aka. "ตำรวจเหล็ก") released on 1985 to 1986, there is a Techniscope version, but the background is darker, the sun-rays looks more brighter to the other logos, and the film quality looks rough like Kha Ma Kab Phra variant, most likely due to film deterioration. This logo is filmed from telecine, but the quality of the film is damaged during filming the movie.

Music/Sounds[]

A loud triumphant fanfare, all in conjoint of an elephant screaming, a la Devar Films logo. Two films, in other words, Kha Ma Kab Phra and ตำรวจเหล็ก (Police of the Steel), used more furious roaring with a male announcer at the end.

Scare Factor[]

  • Original Version: High to nightmare, because of the elephant's menacing look, combined with the jarring appearance, uncanny motion, and loud music. It doesn't help if the logo was on a darker background.
  • Alternate Roar Variant: Nightmare, as the roars on the variant make the logo any less friendlier.

The scare factor is minimal to low for those used to seeing it.
