Logos[]
1st logo (Early 1980s)[]
On a black background, three diagonal lines, with the CCC Home Video logo between the first and second lines and the text "CABALLERO CONTROL CORPORATION HOME VIDEO" ("VIDEO" contains blue, yellow, and red stripes in the middle) in the other space zooms downward to the screen.
2nd logo (Mid 1980s)[]
Against a space background with stars slowly shooting forth, we see a blue object zooming forth. They turn upward to reveal itself to be three C's arranged somewhat like this:
C
C
C
The middle C is being overlapped by the other two. The C's then split into two and disappear from both sides of the screen. Then, the blue text
CABALLERO
C O N T R O L C O R P O R A T I O N
HOME
VIDEO
spins in from the distance. It then fades out.
Variant[]
There exists a version with a copyright date at the beginning.
Music/Sounds[]
1st logo[]
None.
2nd logo[]
It starts off with a dark bass humming sound, which is joined by a rising synth chord. It's followed by a "crash" when the C's split up, and ends with a synth stinger.
Scare Factor[]
1st logo[]
Low. The in-your-face zooming on a black background can get to some viewers, with the additional silence.
2nd logo[]
Medium to high. The dark atmosphere, in-your-face animation, and music could scare certain viewers, especially children since they are not allowed to watch the content on their tapes. However, it is considered a fan favorite for some.
