On a Black Background, we don't seem to see anything for about 3 seconds. after 3 seconds, a faint, cold blue/crimson glow starts to illuminate the screen from the center, spreading slowly as if revealing something lurking in the dark. suddenly, A sharp glint slices through the darkness, mimicking the motion of a sword or dagger being unsheathed. This creates sparks or streaks of light that illuminate the title’s edges. The words "A DARKBLADE RELEASE" appear gradually, as though carved or slashed into the screen by the invisible blade. The letters seem to be forged out of molten metal, glowing briefly before cooling into their final, ominous form. Suddenly, the logo begins to flicker violently, like an old TV signal breaking down. the text starts to crack and split into fragments. the fragments then fall out and all that's left is a black screen.

Variants

  • There is a Variant in which the "PRODUCTIONS" text replaces "RELEASE". And thus, the logo is darker.
  • A Variant Exists where the logo is tinted red.

Music/Sounds[]

Silence is First heard, then a deep, low-frequency rumble or droning sound starts faintly, then we hear a subtle, almost imperceptible heartbeat-like thump or echo might be layered in. then A High-pitched, metallic whines or resonances begin to build, like the sound of sharpening a blade or the faint screech of metal on metal, Wind Like Sounds, A sharp, crisp "whoosh" or "slice" sound accompanies the blade's motion when the text appears, when the text cools, a faint, haunting melody—perhaps played on a distant organ or using creepy choral voices—can be heard beneath the more prominent sounds. When the logo flickers, the soundscape mirrors this with static, crackling, or glitch-like audio distortions, A warped, descending tone (like a ghostly wail or the sound of a falling blade) signals the logo's impending disappearance, The sound of the blade or a chilling wind lingers when the logo fades out.

Music/Sounds Variant

  • It could also be the opening theme of the film.

Scare Factor[]

Medium to nightmare. The shock (Or Sudden Appearance) of the blade’s slash or sudden visual and auditory cue will startle viewers. the sounds can also make viewers uneasy with this logo. the flickering at the end will put off everyone. Low to medium for those who are used to it. the Tinted red variant is even worse, because of the logo being even more darker and in a red tint.
